Section 3-301 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Central Repository" has the meaning stated in § 10-101 of the Criminal Procedure Article.(c) "Commission" means a special police commission issued under this subtitle.(d) "Secretary" means the Secretary of State Police.(e) "Special police officer" means an individual who holds a commission issued under this subtitle.Brought forward without change, 2024 Md.
