Section 8-1005.1 - Procurement of design and construction services(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this subtitle, the Department may require a property owner who has requested a loan, or a property owner may elect, to procure design and construction services for a shore erosion control project.(b) The Department shall adopt regulations establishing procedures and technical standards for the procurement of design and construction services by a property owner.
