Section 4-2202 - Legislative findings and declarationsThe General Assembly finds and declares that:
(1) an increasing number of people in the State are homeless;(2) homeless people have been ignored by State units;(3) current State-operated programs do not adequately address the problem; and(4) as a result, there is a lack of quality emergency public or private housing available for homeless people.Amended by 2018 Md.
