Section 20-312 - Penalty for violation of rule or regulation adopted under Subtitle 1 of this title(a) The Secretary may adopt regulations to implement the provisions of this subtitle.(b) A person who violates any rule or regulation that the Secretary adopts under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor.
