Section 9-308 - Board secretary(a) The Governor shall appoint a Board secretary.(b) The Board secretary may, but need not, be a member of the Board.(c) The Board secretary: (1) May not receive compensation; but(2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
