Section 9-1023 - Fraudulently or unlawfully obtained certificationA person may not:
(1) Sell or fraudulently obtain, or provide or aid in selling or fraudulently obtaining or providing, a certification issued under this subtitle; or(2) Operate as a certified laboratory under a certification that is unlawfully or fraudulently obtained or unlawfully issued.
