Section 5-325 - Bylaws
The bylaws of a religious corporation subject to this part:
(1) Shall include, by reference or otherwise, the discipline of the United Methodist Church as from time to time authorized and declared by the general conference of that church; and(2) May not be inconsistent with that discipline.
