Section 8-307 - Scope of license(a) A contractor license authorizes the licensee to act as a contractor or subcontractor and to sell a home improvement.(b) A salesperson license authorizes the licensee to sell a home improvement.(c) A license issued under this subtitle does not authorize the licensee to engage in a business or provide a service that may be engaged in or provided only by a person licensed under other State or local law.Amended by 2016 Md.
