Section 8-302.2 - Contractor license - Qualifications of applicants
An applicant for a contractor license shall have:
(1) at least 2 years of trade experience that is satisfactory to the Commission, under regulations adopted by the Commission; or(2) comparable educational training to be determined by regulations adopted by the Commission.
