Section 33-301 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Department" means the Department of Liquor Control for the county.(c) "Dispensary" means a store established and maintained by the Department for the sale of alcoholic beverages.Added by 2016 Md.
