Section 33-1002 - Golf course license(a) There is a Class C (golf course) beer, wine, and liquor license.(b) The Board may issue the license for use by a golf course or organization that: (1) is open to the public;(2) is operated for profit;(3) owns real estate in the county; and(4) has a golf course with a minimum of 18 holes.(c)(1) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor for consumption on the land and in the buildings that are part of the golf course.(2) A patron need not be seated to be served.(d) The license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor during the hours and days as set out for a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license under § 33-2005 of this title.(e) The annual license fee is $2,625.Added by 2016 Md.
