Section 22-1004.2 - Hotel lobby license(a) There is a hotel lobby license.(b) The Board may issue the license for use by a hotel that does not have a restaurant.(c)(1) A license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor from a store in the hotel lobby to patrons of the hotel for on-premises consumption.(2) Beer may be sold only in a can or bottle that does not exceed 12 ounces.(3) Wine may be sold only in a bottle that does not exceed 750 milliliters.(4) Liquor may be sold only in a bottle that does not exceed 50 milliliters.(d) A license holder may sell beer, wine, and liquor:(1) on Monday through Saturday, from noon to 10 p.m.; and(2) on Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.(e) A license holder may not sell beer, wine, and liquor:(1) through a vending machine; or(2) by stocking beer, wine, and liquor in a guest room for purchase.(f) The annual license fee is $1,250.Renumbered from § - 22-1004.1 by 2023 Md.
