Section 12-1313 - Exemption from fee for temporary license permit extension(a) The Board may not charge a fee for a temporary license permit extension if: (1) the applicant is an officially recognized and active main street organization established by the City that is exempt from taxation under § 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; and(2) the event is a single event where the attendance is limited to 750 or fewer individuals.(b) The Board shall enforce this section.Added by 2020 Md.
