Section 37-3-211 - Denial, suspension or revocation of license(a) The department is authorized to deny, suspend, or revoke a license issued under this chapter for a violation of this chapter or a rule or regulation adopted under this chapter or to take other disciplinary actions against licensees as provided in Code Section 31-2-8.(b) The denial, suspension, or revocation of a license by the department shall be a contested case for purposes of Chapter 13 of Title 50, the "Georgia Administrative Procedure Act."Added by 2022 Ga.
