Section 15-9-64 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Supplement to minimum salaries

The amount of the minimum salary provided in Code Section 15-9-63for the judges of the probate courts on a salary who are responsible for traffic cases under any general or local law of this state shall also be increased by $482.28 per month. A county governing authority shall not be required to pay the compensation provided by this Code section beyond the term for which such judge performs such services.
