Section 18-1A-150 - Setting for trial; separate trial of nonjury issues(a) To the extent practicable, actions under this chapter shall be heard and tried in advance of other civil actions.(b) The circuit court may require any severable nonjury issue to be tried separately in advance of the trial on the issue of the amount of compensation.Ala.
