Section 13A-12-196 - Responsible persons permitting children to engage in production of child sexual abuse material guilty of Class A felony

Any responsible person, as defined in Section 26-15-2, who knowingly permits or allows their child, ward, or dependent under 18 years of age to engage in the production of any child sexual abuse material containing a visual depiction of the child, ward, or dependent shall be guilty of a Class A felony.
