Section 11-40-61 - Adoption of article; exception(a) The provisions of this article shall apply in any Class 2 municipality that adopts the provisions of this article to be applicable to the collection of municipal code liens as to real property, other than owner occupied property, in the municipality.(b) The provisions of this article shall not apply to owner occupied property.Ala.
