Section 11013 - Identification cards to recipients(a) The department may require issuance of an identification card to recipients of aid. The identification card shall contain the following information:
(1) Name and address of the recipient.(2) Social security number.(3) Color photograph and identifying characteristics.(b) The department shall determine the need for including additional information and instructions on the identification card.Ca. Welf. and Inst. Code § 11013
