Section 4460 - Residency required for hospitalization

In order to be entitled to hospitalization in this state, an adult developmentally disabled person or the parent or guardian or conservator of a developmentally disabled minor shall be a state resident. Residence acquired in this or in another state shall not be lost by reason of military service in the armed forces of the United States.
