Cal. Wat. Code § 20915
Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
The board of supervisors shall meet on the second Monday following the formation election to canvass the votes cast, and only if upon the canvass it appears that a majority of all the votes cast at the formation election are "Irrigation District-Yes" shall the board canvass the votes for the candidates for the district offices and declare the persons receiving respectively the highest number of votes to be elected.
