Route 91 is from:
(a) Vermont Avenue at the eastern city limits of Gardena to Route 215 in Riverside via Santa Ana Canyon.(b) The relinquished former portions of Route 91 in the Cities of Gardena, Torrance, Lawndale, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Hermosa Beach are not a state highway and are not eligible for adoption under Section 81.Ca. Sts. and High. Code § 391
