Section 18905 - Legislative intent(a) It is the intent of the Legislature that this article create an additional funding source for processing untested rape kits in California.(b) It is the intent of the Legislature that the moneys collected pursuant to this article be used to supplement, not supplant, local and other funding allocated for testing rape kits.Ca.
