Section 130411 - Wording of proposition(a) The actual wording of the proposition on any short form of ballot card, label, or other device, regardless of the system of voting used, shall read as follows: TRANSPORTATION-ORANGE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION To improve, expand, construct, maintain, and operate the transportation system in the county, this proposition authorizes the Orange County Transportation Commission to adopt a _____ percent sales tax solely for transportation purposes. | YES | |
