Section 42412 - Vehicles used for short-term use through Fleet Administration equipped with tires

On or before July 1, 1991, and to the extent that existing stock shall be utilized first, all tires for use on state vehicles issued for short-term use through Fleet Administration shall, at the next required installation of tires, be equipped with retreaded tires.
