Current through the 2024 Legislative Session.
The board shall evaluate current state and federal quality standards for retreaded tires and identify the obstacles for an increased market for retreads. The results of this evaluation and the activities that the board will undertake to increase the use of retreaded tires shall be included in the reporting requirements specified in Section 42950.
