Section 508.5 - City and County of San Francisco considered both city and county for purposes of allocations

Notwithstanding Section 14, or any other provision of law, the City and County of San Francisco shall be considered both a city and a county by the Department of Parks and Recreation for purposes of the allocation of funds pursuant to any provision of this code.
