Section 5909 - Time limit for acting on petition(a) A petition for reconsideration is deemed to have been denied by the appeals board unless it is acted upon within 60 days from the date of filing.(b) This section shall take effect on July 1, 2026.Added by Stats 2024 ch 52 (AB 171),s 28, eff. 7/2/2024.
