Section 1156.5 - [Effective Until January 1, 2028] Frequency of elections(a) The board shall not direct an election or conduct a review of any majority support petition in any bargaining unit where a valid election has been held or majority support petition has been reviewed by the board in the immediately preceding 12-month period.(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2028, and as of that date is repealed.Amended by Stats 2023 ch 7 (AB 113),s 10, eff. 5/15/2023.Added by Stats. 1975, 3rd Ex.
