Section 885 - Meal and Rest PeriodsMeal and Rest Periods.
(a) All emergency ambulance employees are hereby entitled to meal and rest periods as prescribed elsewhere by the Industrial Welfare Commission.(b) Emergency ambulance employees shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate of pay during meal and rest periods.Added by Initiative Proposition 11, eff. on the fth day after the Secretary of State files the final Statement of Vote for the 11/6/2018 election.
