Section 1801 - Types of bail licenses

(a) Bail licenses are:

(1) Bail agents' licenses.

(2) Bail permittees' licenses.

(3) Bail solicitors' licenses.

(4) Bail fugitive recovery agent licenses.

(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2023.
