Section 7003 - "Cemetery" defined(a) "Cemetery" means either of the following: (1) Any of the following that is used or intended to be used and dedicated for cemetery purposes: (A) A burial park, for earth interments.(B) A mausoleum, for crypt or vault interments.(C) A crematory and columbarium, for interment of cremated remains or hydrolyzed human remains.(2) A place where six or more human bodies are buried.(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2020.Ca.
