Cal. Health & Saf. Code § 4971
Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
The governing body shall cause the resolution to be published twice in one or more newspapers published and circulated in the district. If no newspaper is published in the district, then the publication shall be made in a newspaper published in the county in which the district is located.
