Section 50546 - Administrative expenses(a) The administrative expenses of the department shall not exceed 3 percent of the amount available for the purposes of this chapter.(b) The department may administer the programs set forth in this chapter pursuant to guidelines that shall not be subject to the requirements of Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.Ca.
