Section 50899.8 - [Effective until 7/1/2025] Advance payments on a contract or grant(a) The department may authorize advance payments on a grant awarded under this section in accordance with Section 11019.1 of the Government Code.(b) This section shall remain in effect only until July 1, 2025, and as of that date is repealed.Ca.
