Section 1418.3 - Private family meetings(a) Each licensed skilled nursing facility shall, when requested by a member of a patient's family, allow the family to meet privately with a family member who is a resident in the facility.(b) "Family member" for the purposes of this section means an immediate family member or family member designated and documented on the patient's record at the time of admission to the facility.Ca.
