Section 125283 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] Update to 2009 Alzheimer's Disease Facts and Figures in California: Current Status and Future Projections(a) The Center for Healthy Communities, within the State Department of Public Health, shall, on or before January 1, 2021, update the 2009 Alzheimer's Disease Facts and Figures in California: Current Status and Future Projections to quantify the burden of Alzheimer's disease on at-risk and underrepresented populations, including African Americans, Asian-Pacific Islanders, Latinos, Hispanics, and women.(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2025, and as of that date is repealed.Ca.
