Section 11832 - Department; authority; certifications(a) The department has the sole authority in state government to certify alcohol or other drug programs.(b) In administering this chapter, the department shall issue certifications for a period of two years to those alcohol or other drug programs that meet the requirements set forth in this chapter.Ca.
