Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
The order calling and providing for a bond election shall be published in one or more newspapers published in the county once a week for at least four weeks. If no newspaper is published in the county, copies of the order shall be conspicuously posted in five public places in the county at least 14 days before the election. No other notice of such election need be given.
