Current through the 2023 Legislative Session.
Except where a shorter time for setting the hearing is prescribed in this division, all hearings under this division shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code and in all cases the commissioner shall have all the powers granted therein.
