Section 5-74-203 - Soliciting or recruiting a minor to join or to remain a member of a criminal gang, organization, or enterprise(a) Any person who by intimidation or duress causes, aids, abets, encourages, solicits, or recruits a minor to become or to remain a member of any group that the person knows to be a criminal gang, organization, or enterprise that falls into the definition and intent of this subchapter is guilty of a Class C felony.(b) Any person who is found guilty of or who pleads guilty or nolo contendere to a second or subsequent violation of this section is guilty of a Class B felony.Acts 1994 (2nd Ex.
