Section 27-14-1209 - Issuance of registration certificate(a) The Secretary of the Department of Finance and Administration shall issue to each owner of a trailer subject to this subchapter a registration certificate, which must be kept in the place prescribed by the secretary.(b) The willful failure or neglect to comply with the provisions of this section shall be a misdemeanor.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 4579, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1979, No. 671, § 20; A.S.A. 1947, § 75-253.20.
