Section 20-64-906 - Disposition of funds(a) All application fees and accreditation costs will be paid to the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services of the Department of Human Services.(b) The division shall transfer the money to the State Treasury, and the money shall be specially designated for transfer to the Public Health Fund to cover maintenance and operation expenses incurred by the accreditation review process.Amended by Act 2017, No. 913,§ 104, eff. 8/1/2017.Amended by Act 2013, No. 1107,§ 35, eff. 8/16/2013.Acts 1995, No. 1032, § 7.
