Section 2-16-405 - Administration(a) This subchapter shall be administered by the State Plant Board.(b) The administrative functions vested in the board by this subchapter shall be considered to be delegated to the employees of the Department of Agriculture or the department's authorized representatives on behalf of the board.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 23, eff. 7/1/2019.Acts 1975, No. 410, §§ 2, 20; A.S.A. 1947, §§ 77-228, 77-246.
