Section 18-15-805 - Navigation companies connecting streams by railroad - Jury report - Payment(a)(1) When any jury reports, as provided in § 18-15-804, it shall be the duty of the judge to cause the company to be notified that the report has been made.(2) If the company shall deposit, within fifteen (15) days after receiving the notice, with the county clerk the full amount of money at which any lands may have been appraised or valued by the jury appointed for that purpose, then the company shall be entitled to the use and possession of the appraised and valued lands.(b) However, before the company shall be entitled to the use or possession of any lands as provided in this section, the judge shall make an order that the amount deposited with the clerk shall be paid to the owner or owners of the lands.Acts 1869 (Adj.
