Section 17-37-218 - Invalidation or nonrenewal proceedings(a) Invalidation or nonrenewal proceedings may be initiated against a license holder in the same manner and for the same reasons as against a licensed operator or qualified operator.(b) The proceedings may be jointly and severally against any or all licensed operators or qualified operators employed by the license holder.Acts 1975, No. 488, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-1807.
