Section 16-20-104 - Bonds(a) The clerk shall prepare, in a proper manner, every bond to be taken by or given before him or his court.(b) He shall refuse any surety offered in a bond to be taken by him who is, in his opinion, insufficient.Civil Code, §§ 773, 774; C. & M.
