Section 16-13-1804 - Assignment of cases(a) The circuit and chancery judges of the Tenth Judicial District may, by agreement, hold either of the circuit or chancery courts in the Tenth Judicial District and may hear and try matters pending in any of the courts or may hear and try matters pending in the same court at the same time.(b) The judges of the Tenth Judicial District may adopt such rules as they deem appropriate for the assignment of cases in the circuit and chancery courts of the Tenth Judicial District.Acts 1985, No. 159, § 3; A.S.A. 1947, § 22-375.2.
