Section 14-91-102 - Approval of State Health Officer(a) In municipal waterworks and sewer improvement districts, the commissioners shall confer with the State Health Officer in forming their plans and specifications and shall not adopt any plans and specifications until they have been approved by the officer in writing.(b) A certificate of his approval shall be filed with the city clerk or town recorder.Acts 1929, No. 64, § 7; Pope's Dig., § 7291; A.S.A. 1947, § 20-302.
