Section 14-90-1003 - Publication of notice(a) Notice of the pendency of a suit to collect delinquent municipal improvement district assessments shall be given by publication weekly for two (2) weeks before judgment shall be entered for the sale of the lands, in some newspaper published in the county where the suit is pending.Acts 1881, No. 84, § 10, p. 161; C. & M.
